Appointment Cancellation Policy
**Q1: How do I book an appointment at your salon?**
A: Appointments can only be booked online via our website. Booking is available on the 14th of every month at 9 pm for established clients only. Preferred booking is available between the 1st and 10th of each month.
**Q2: What is your cancellation policy?**
A: Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 48-24 hours will result in forfeiting your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and can be done once within 90 days with a paid deposit.
**Q3: What services do you offer?**
A: We specialize in short natural hair and offer services for hair loss clients, depending on the severity. We do not offer extensions, weaves, or color services on the first visit.
**Q4: What are your hours of operation?**
A: Our salon is open Tuesday-Thursday from 11 am to 7 pm and Friday from 10 am to 6 pm.
**Q5: Can I get color services during my first visit?**
A: We do not offer color services on the first visit, as we prioritize ensuring your hair is healthy before proceeding with color services.
**Q6: What should new clients book for their first appointment?**
A: New clients must book a new client package before booking any other services. This allows us to properly assess your hair and create a personalized care plan.
**Q7: I haven’t been to the salon in over three months. What service should I book?**
A: Clients returning after three months must book a returning client service to get reestablished with our salon and ensure we can provide the best possible care for your hair.
**Q8: Do you accept walk-ins?**
A: We do not accept walk-ins. Please book an appointment online via our website to secure a slot.
**Q9: Can I cancel my appointment by not confirming it?**
A: Failing to confirm your appointment is not the same as canceling it. Please follow our cancellation policy to avoid any fees or penalties.
**Q10: Can I receive a refund if I cancel before 48 hours?**
A: If you cancel before 48 hours, you will receive a salon credit for future services or products. Deposits, however, are non-refundable.
